Crawling, falling, pain, crying — all of that is allowed. But quitting? Never.
Last night, my mind was restless, and I was tense because of some ongoing things. I ended up talking with a friend, and she almost ordered me to watch a podcast of Raj Shamani with Mitesh & Indu.
It was a 1 hour 30 minute podcast. I thought I’d just skim through it — but instead, I watched the entire thing. The techniques of the Law of Attraction, the power of manifestation… it completely blew my mind. I felt lighter, calmer, and slept peacefully — setting an alarm for 7 a.m.
Though I had put an alarm, my eyes opened at roughly around 6 a.m. No snooze, no laziness. Just pure energy. I warmed up, ate a couple of bananas, and left for the gym. Today was the big day — the Cult Unbound Challenge.
Table of Contents
Block 1: Strength – The Deadlift
My slot was 8:40 a.m. As I waited, I kept warming up, focusing on Deadlifts. When my name was called, I went to the marked area.
I aimed high — 110kg Deadlift for 5 reps. First 4 reps were smooth, but on the 5th rep… my grip failed, and the barbell slipped. The judge told me to start again.
I dropped 10kg, set the bar at 100kg, and this time nailed all 5 reps. A small win, but a strong start.
Block 2: Endurance
After a 5-minute rest, it was time for Thrusters — 50 reps with 7.5kg.
The trainer warned: “Do this wrong 5 times, and you’ll be disqualified.”
I didn’t want to rush or compete. I went at my pace. 20 reps — pause. 25 reps — pause. And finally, I ground out all 50 in about 4 minutes.
Next, the Farmer’s Carry — carrying weights of 20kg, 16kg, 12kg, 10kg across 30 ft lane. This one felt surprisingly easy.
But then came the real test — Push Plate Burpees.
Halfway through, my body almost gave up. My face was down on the bumper plate, sweat pouring, energy draining. But I remembered— crawling is allowed, quitting is not. I got back up and kept moving. By the end, I had overtaken the participant who started with me.
The Final Stretch
There was still more:
- Modified Weight Pull with Lunges — covered 30 ft twice.
- Broad Jumps — 25 reps to the finish line.
Every rep was a battle between body and mind. But finally, at 9:14:57 a.m, I finished the Cult Unbound Challenge, started at 8:40 a.m.
You can view all the exercises that were part of this competition in the Youtube video below.
The Moment of Joy

When they placed the medal in my neck, it wasn’t just about fitness. It was proof of self-belief, resilience, and refusing to give up.

I couldn’t record my own performance — I was too focused on surviving it! But after finishing, I captured the vibe, the sweat, the medals, the happiness of everyone around.
I made small-small clips of the happenings, which I had posted on Instagram, you can watch it below.
This challenge wasn’t just a workout. It was a reminder:
- You win by refusing to quit when your body screams “stop.”
