This waterfall got its name from a unique orchid with golden petals, named as ‘Tiew Lyngksiar.’ The waterfall has an intense cultural significance, as there are various beliefs held on by the Khasi people. 2. Prut Falls

You can reach this enchanting waterfall by engaging in a trek of about 35–40 minutes. The thrill of standing in front of the enthralling 40 metres long waterfall surrounded by lush greenery cannot be described in words.
