Thiksey Monastery

You will thank yourself when you visit Thiksey Monastery early morning because you will get a chance to witness the Monk's prayers.

Hemis Monastery

20 km away from Thiksey is Hemis Monastery. However, there's an Rs.100 entry fee to visit this Monastery, but you'll love your time admiring the colors moreover.

Shey Palace

When going back to Leh, you can plan to visit the Shey Palace, the mountain background from this place looks very Raw and close.

Shanti Stupa

I planned to see the Sunset from Shanti Stupa but went the opposite. However, the rain made the day pleasant, and I was out there—thanks to Umbrella.
